Sias IS leadership and operation staff went to Xi"an Liangjiatan International School for a one-day job shadow

On March 8th, Dr. Sam Mills, Head of School at Sias International School, along with twelve of our leadership and operation staff, went to Xi "an Liangjiatan International School for one day to job shadow. Ms. Liu Li, Head of Xi "an Liangjiatan International School, expressed a warm welcome on arrival. Brian Labor, Vice Head of School and head of each department of Xi "an Liangjiatan International School, had an in-depth discussion with the respective department heads at Sias IS on the content of the department and the development of daily work.

3月8日，鄭州鄭東新區(qū)西亞斯外籍人員子女學(xué)校（以下簡(jiǎn)稱西亞斯外籍學(xué)校）校長(zhǎng)Sam Mills博士帶領(lǐng)學(xué)校的教學(xué)及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)一行12人前往西安梁家灘國(guó)際學(xué)校進(jìn)行一日跟崗見(jiàn)習(xí)。西安梁家灘國(guó)際學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)劉莉女士對(duì)我們的到來(lái)表示歡迎，副校長(zhǎng)Brian Labor、各學(xué)部校長(zhǎng)及部門主管分別與我校相應(yīng)部門的主管就部本門的工作內(nèi)容、日常工作的開展進(jìn)行了深入的分享。

Xi"an Liangjiatan International School is a fifteen-year-old IB school, established in 2003, which acheived the International Baccalaureate full-school accreditation in 2018. The shadowing and school visit aimed to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of how Xi"an Liangjiatan International School has gradually developed into an established IB school and to learn from their advanced school experience. On the day of the job shadow, the team visited the beautiful campus and visited Xi"an Liangjiatan international school"s administrative department; includung the Human Resources Department; the Marketing and Brand Development Department; the Public Relations Department; and the Resource Center to observe the daily work of their counterparts and to learn from their working methods and experience.

西安梁家灘國(guó)際學(xué)校是一所十五年一貫制IB學(xué)校，成立于2003年，于2018年獲得國(guó)際文憑全學(xué)段認(rèn)證。我校組織本次參訪和跟崗見(jiàn)習(xí)，希望能全面、深入了解西安梁家灘國(guó)際學(xué)校是如何逐步發(fā)展成一所優(yōu)質(zhì)的IB學(xué)校，借鑒他們先進(jìn)的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，助力我校實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展。見(jiàn)習(xí)當(dāng)天，我校出訪團(tuán)隊(duì)參觀了美麗的校園并深入中小學(xué)教學(xué)崗和人力資源部、市場(chǎng)及品牌發(fā)展部、公共關(guān)系部、資源中心等行政崗觀察同行的工作日常，交流和學(xué)習(xí)了工作方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Job shadowing will inspire our future work and will assist in obtaining accreditation. After returning to school, our team reflected on from Xi’an Liangjiatan International school and made plans for the road ahead.

本次跟崗見(jiàn)習(xí)為我們?nèi)蘸蠊ぷ鞯拈_展及獲取認(rèn)證帶來(lái)很多啟發(fā)和指導(dǎo)。返校后，我校出訪團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)本次跟崗見(jiàn)習(xí)進(jìn)行了復(fù)盤。各部門對(duì)認(rèn)真總結(jié)此次參訪跟崗的收獲和思考，并制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃對(duì)接下來(lái)的工作進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。

This year, Sias IS will also organize more school-to-school visits and exchange activities to, immerse our team in more international education experience and build Sias IS into a world-class international school. At the same time, we would like to thank Xi"an Liangjiatan International School for their reception and generosity in sharing their experience with our visiting team. Sias IS is looking forward to having more exchanges and cooperation between the two schools in the future.

今年，我們也會(huì)組織更多校與校之間的訪問(wèn)交流活動(dòng)，吸收更多的國(guó)際教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)，把西亞斯外籍學(xué)校建設(shè)成為一所世界一流的國(guó)際學(xué)校。同時(shí)再次感謝西安梁家灘國(guó)際學(xué)校對(duì)于我校參訪團(tuán)隊(duì)的接待和經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，期待未來(lái)兩校開展更多的交流合作。
