教學工作指導

2022年10月14日，羅湖區教科院周湘主任率領中學各學科教研員到我校進行教學視導。鄧登江總校長、劉燕玲校長率學校管理干部全程陪同。

On October 14, 2022, Director Zhou Xiang of Luohu District Academy of Educational Sciences led the teaching and research staff of various disciplines of the middle school to our school for teaching inspection.

各學科教研員深入課堂，近距離、多角度地全面了解課堂教學實際情況，了解班級課堂教學常規，并認真細致的做課堂觀察記錄。

The teaching and research staff of each discipline go deep into the classroom to gain a close and multi-angle comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of classroom teaching.

課后，各學科教研員分別與授課教師、學科組長面對面進行深入的交流探討。教研員結合新課標要求，從課堂管理、教學過程、教學評價等方面逐一點評，對教學過程中表現出的亮點給與肯定，對教學中需要改進的地方提出了寶貴建議，同時針對教學設計、作業設計、講練結合等方面給予了專業的指導和幫助，讓各位老師收獲滿滿。

The teaching and research staff conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with teachers and the subject group leaders .

隨后，召開了集中反饋會議。各學科教研員，根據視導實際情況，進行集中反饋。視導小組充分肯定了各學科教師的專業素養，認為學校教學常規管理工作認真務實，同時對視導中發現的問題也提出了相應的改進意見。

鄧登江總校長表示，感謝教科院對學校的指導和幫助，本次視導工作為學校今后工作指明了方向，學校將根據視導組的建議，進一步優化教學管理，彌補不足，使學校教學質量再邁一個新臺階！

The visual guide group fully affirmed the professional quality of teachers in various disciplines, and believed that the school"s teaching routine management work was serious and pragmatic.

教學視導指明方向，規范引領促進提高。我校將以此次視導為契機，逐一落實領導、專家們的建議，深化學科教研，推動教師專業化發展；深挖教育內涵，促進學生全面發展。

The teaching visual guide pointed out the direction, and standardized and led to promote improvement.
